Are WWE Officials Planning to Make Finn Balor as The Leader of The Club??

There is a rumor going around that WWE officials are planning to make Finn Balor as the leader of "The Club".On the draft event the then leader of The Club "AJ Styles" was drafted to Smackdown and The Club members Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were drafted to RAW.Finn Balor was also drafted to RAW and he also earned him a title shot at Summerslam against Seth Rollins.It seems like Balor got a good push but according to PWC WWE won't make him the champ and the face of RAW too soon.So there is a possibility that Balor may fued with other superstars such as Roman Reigns or he might join The Club and become their leader.
Actually it was his idea to form The Club back in Japan.Then he left for NXT and AJ Styles became the leader.If Balor will be in a fued with Roman then WWE will make him a heel as WWE is considering Roman as the top babyface!!!So there is a good possibility that Finn Balor may join The Club and will become the leader of Balor Club.
